I was pleased with Hereford Audi and would recommend them because the sales executive that i dealt with was excellent.

I'd endorse Hereford Audi because the customer service was brilliant. I purchased the car without seeing it as I lived several hours away. However, I was shown a detailed video and the car was delivered seamlessly. The team also noticed an error on the amount I had paid and called back a couple of weeks later to advise and provide a refund. Very honest.

I would not recommend Hereford Audi because no response to query post purchase. Seems Audi pre owned checks not quite as comprehensive as stated

I'd definitely recommend Hereford Audi to friends and family because although it took a while to agree a mutually acceptable price and terms for the car we bought, the Dealership never gave up in trying to bridge the gap between where we had started and where we ended - a sale of the car! Once the sale was agreed, the whole process in arranging the finance and taking delivery of the car was seamless and the Dealership should rightfully take credit for that - customer care as it should be!
