I popped into Vospers Torquay with the person I’m supporting and his motorbility car, on the off chance that someone could help fit the seat covers that had been purchased. All our staff had tried and failed. Keith appeared like a knight in shining armour and listened to our plea of help. He kindly helped the person I was supporting and myself fit the covers and although not perfect (as they were from Amazon) they are certainly on well enough to look after the car seats. Could Ford provide and fit, for a fee, seat protection covers for their motorbility cars? It would help the customers and stop them from worrying. Many thanks again Keith! You are fantastic

Well what a pleasant surprise. After viewing the vehicle on a Sunday afternoon when the dealership was closed we spotted a vehicle we really liked however, it was awaiting prep . Once we were back home we decided to reserve vehicle online. First thing Monday morning I received a call from Keith the sales representative, he invited us to come in and view / test drive the vehicle and were extremely happy with our choice . The service we received from Keith was exceptional and very professional. We agreed a handover date with Keith who kept us updated on the vehicle preparation which made the process very straightforward. On the day of handover he explained everything in detail regarding the paperwork etc. He then proceeded to go through the various features and controls on our new vehicle, once again he didn’t rush us and did a excellent job for both me and my wife so we fully understood the features of our new vehicle . The handover in my opinion was far better than the one I received from Mercedes! Thanks Keith you did a excellent job and made us feel special.
