Given an appointment when it was convenient for me. Told how long the service would take and kept informed of any problems. Was given a lifft into town and picked up from town whilst the service was done. All the paperwork was explained and given a copy of all the paperwork. I just wish that Cawdor would be allowed to sell brand new Ford cars because they provide an excellent service and the staff are helpful and very good at their job. They also washed my car. Highly recommend Cawdor garage in Cardigan.

Sadly very poor customer service, never got to actually try the garage. My partner was communicating with the garage as we'd moved to the area and I always try to get Ford services where possible. Previously Cardiff and Bridgend dealerships were fantastic. She mentioned she had cold, rude responses but had booked it. Dealership called me an hour after my car was due to be picked up to say the member of staff was away. Not great start but fine. They passed it onto another member of staff who proceeded to tell me I didn't live in Llandysul and just sounded rude and annoyed. Not sure what the attitude problem is with this particular dealership is. Very strange to have two separate bad experiences (with different staff members). In the end I decided it wasn't worth the stress and hassle. If they cannot deal with people, how can they be trusted with the cars? Perhaps they were just having bad days, regardless it shouldn't be taken out on customers.
