Bought a very tidy Fiat from Blofield - once collected we found an issue with a seal on the petrol tank, whilst not ideal, Simon was on it straight the way, recovering the car and getting the issue fixed, even going further and adding a longer warranty. If you judge any dealer by how they help customers then Simon and his team are top notch.

The service team are a great bunch. Dan helped me today when I was worrying about warning lights on the dash so they told me to pop in and they will plug it into their diagnostic machine. Dan solved my issue and set me at ease , they were fast, efficient and friendly . Really helped single mum in distress , I didn’t purchase my car from there but I was local to them. I really appreciate dans time and they didn’t even ask me for a penny. They just wanted to help so I knew where to go from there . Fabulous bunch of people.

Very very poor. I advise anyone who want to buy a family car, don’t use this garage. From the start all we had was problems with our Volvo xc60. Within 3 days of driving it out the garage it came up with low oil. I just thought they didn’t top it up from the apparent service it had. So I topped it up with 1.5l as suggested by the warning code. Low and behold 600 miles later. Fill up with 1l oil. I call Simon who asks me to bring it in. Baring in mind I’m over an hour away, I do this and they give me a courtesy vehicle who’s was a right state. He changed a seal and said the vehicle is all done. A couple hundred miles later the same message appears, low oil fill with 0.5l. I fill with oil and explain the situation to Simon vie email. I had no reply and haven’t had a reply for ages. It’s now got to the point I paid \xa312000 for a vehicle and it’s worth pennies. I have had no reply from Simon and we are having to pretty much scrap the car as it’s a right off. We spoke to Volvo and they said it needs a lot of work to make it right. Still no email back from Simon. We will have to get a new car now due to the poor sales of the team at Blofield motors. Very very unhappy about the whole situation

I recently purchased a volvo from these guys and am very pleased with the service received. They ensured that my expectations were met and when an issue with the locks was identified soon after purchase did not hesitate to put it right. They were very helpful giving advice to help me sell my old car. The car purchased was well prepared and ready to collect when promised. Altogether a very positive buying experience and I highly recommend them.

Amazing service from Blofield Motor Company. Dom and Simon look after you from the moment you arrive to the time you drive away. I bought a Jaguar F-Pace and i was very happy but a week later had a filter fault, it was booked in and sorted asap. The service I received from them was exemplary and I am a very happy Jag owner. Would definitely recommend BMC to anyone who is looking at a used car. I will definitely be back if I need another car. Thank you

My wife bought a bmw x6xrive from simon who came across as being a genuine guy but looks can be decieving... We had originally gone there to look at a maserati but it was sold, the x6 caught my wife eye so she spoke to the salesman a guy called dom, he told us the car came in from a serial car buyer who often trades in his cars he has purchased from them and will buy another, wife liked the car so much that we arranged a day and time to pick it up only to be told on the day that car wasnt ready yet but we could come down and wait. so we get dropped off at blofield by our daughter and wait around for an hour, simon comes out and says the car is all ready so wife and i go into his office to do the paperwork, we ask for the green slip of the v5 so we can tax the car only to be told its taxed and a new v5 can take up to 5 weeks to come through, we drive car away and it seems to drive ok, wife parks it up and doent drive it again for about a week as she also has a bmw 640d which she drives daily. The next time she drives the x6 she sees plumes of smoke coming from under the bonnet & in through the vents in car, so brings it home and i see smoke coming from the rear of the engine,i call simon and get told to bring x6 back in, the car is returned to them only for them to keep it for 2 weeks, we have to keep ringing them up and being told we will get a call back but never do(apparantly one of the injectors wouldnt come out so they had to employ a specialist)we finally get car back and we drive home, two days down the line and it happens again ie smoke from under the bonnet, we take car to a local garage who use a borescope and locate a leak coming from the corner of either gasket or valve cover,we call simon and tell him and are told to bring the car back in again, we bring it in and we insist that they use a genuine bmw gasket,after alot of chasing around ie trying to find out when car will be ready, we get the car back only to drive it from blofield to tuckswood and its smoking again,smoke also entering car through vents and a smell of diesel(we later discover diesel splashed in the passager front wheel arch, wife calls simon and he suggests using a specialist (herring & palmer) we contact them and they put the problem down to a crack in the valve cover but cannot do anything as they are fully booked but gave us the name of another specialist (E A C PERFORMANCE) i call simon and explain this to him and his exact words are... get quotes so i did and send them to him via email and signed for letter only to be ignored. I would say because the quotes are coming in at almost \xa3900 he doesnt want to pay, baring in mind bmw wanted \xa31100. I would have been more than happy to leave a glowing review if the car we bought was fit for purpose but its not, also the v5 document took weeks of ringing up for simon to actually do it online as he sent me the screenshot, baring in mind he said car was taxed which it wasnt as we were pulled over by the police and told car wasnt taxed. So to sum up very very poor communication from them, they lie about calling you back as they dont call you back and leave you high and dry if the cost of the repair seems too much, i would say air on the side of caution when dealing with blofield motor company.As a foot note i would have left zero stars as they dont deserve any but google will not allow me to post the review unless i leave stars, simon and dom remind me of arthur daily with their sales patter and poor customer service.

Can’t praise Blofield Motor Company enough, firstly, the cars are keenly priced, if there are issues, they are sorted, Simon and Dom actually keep their promises, a commodity I’ve found rare in this line of business, if you want value for money and good service this is the place to come.
