Having visited many dealers and looked at many cars, I decided to purchase of cedar specialist cars. They are so friendly, knowledgeable and no pushy car salesman. I purchased a Mercedes 220glc from Cedar last year. The Car was in immaculate condition and I am more than happy with it. The after-sales service I received from Gareth was second to none as I had an issue which was sorted very quickly. Overall an excellent experience of car buying. Highly recommended. My late review submission is only down to thinking I had already submitted one.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Gareth about a car of interest. He was super responsive and sent info and videos answering any questions or concerns I had. Unfortunately after reserving the car my own car sale broke down forcing me to change plans. After advising Gareth he quickly refunded my reservation deposit. All in all, super service and would certainly be comfortable buying from them in future. 5 stars Cedar!!

Very positive experience. We bought a Fiat 500 for my daughters first car. Many thanks to Gareth for his great attention to detail and honesty. The day before collection he noticed an issue with the car, he called me to explain and committed to resolving it prior to planning the collection. When we collected the car it was really well presented. It was exactly as described. Curtis made the final stage of collection very easy. Very happy.

Honestly the best Car sales company I have ever been to! I turned up without an appointment and was given a warm welcome from Curtis. (Most garages don’t like you just walking in). Curtis was lovely, really helpful. Gave me the keys and let me take the car for a test drive! No pushing into anything. Was allowed to take my time. There was a deep scratch on the car which wasn’t a problem for them. Midweek I received a video of the car and the repair of the scratch which was amazing. I was kept updated through the week with the MOT & Service! Handover was just as good with Gareth, the garage was really busy with customers, but I wasn’t ignored and was allowed to get my car set up to how I like it whilst I was waiting. Jason the owner also came over whilst I was waiting on his way out and stopped to tell me about a few cool features on the car! 5* Car sales company! Highly recommended!
