Absolutley dreadful experience. When trying to call to book an appointment, nobody knows anything and I was passed around and transferred to 4 different people, all of them have said different things. The man from service department was very rude on the phone.

Nobody ever picks up the phone!!! Was waiting 25 minutes, only to be told I will be called back. It has been 2 days and nobody rang me back yet, this is no way to treat customers!

I had particularly good customer service from this garage. I took my car in for investigation when my engine management light came on, unfortunately it was a much bigger problem than I had anticipated, and the cost of the repair was more than I could manage. Anthony was very understanding and supportive, I was offered an interest free payment plan which was easy to set up and use. Once this was in place my car was repaired and back to me the very next day. I highly recommend this garage for customer care and repairs.

Visited today to test drive a Volvo. Met as arranged by Martyn who gave me a comprehensive insight into all the workings and then went on a good test drive Loved the car but not the colour therefore did not purchase, nevertheless Martyn treated us with courtesy and patience Alan and Maureen Wilkinson.
