My daughter in law's vehicle suffered a front wheel blow out in the Dereham area. I rang a couple of places who were unable to assist with a wheel change. Dereham Motor Centre said they would go out immediately which they did, In the meantime one of Norfolk's finest Police Officers had come to her assistance, so it was not even a job for this garage. I called them back to cancel and offered to pay for the call out, which they promptly refused. Just the fact they were willing to help says a lot about the company. Thank you very much just for trying to help.

Buying a second hand car I found to be very challenging until I met Lisa at Dereham Motors. She has great knowledge, highly professional, provided speedy responses and made the whole process very calm. I collected my car on Saturday and I am totally in LOVE with it - following the AA inspection - the workshop guys (also very friendly) and mechanics resolved all potential issues. A 2012 car looks almost brand new. I highly highly recommend and will be telling all my friends.
