I had an extremely long and difficult year before I met the team at Pinnacle. I bought two cars from two separate dealerships, the first was an unregistered Cat S and the second had multiple engine faults. Months of going through legal routes I was left untrusting and wary. The team at Pinnacle however made me feel welcomed, relaxed and gave me a sense of trust. Yes all dealerships have to be to a degree to sell their products but they had a level of authenticity and reassurance that made me feel safe to buy from them. They were accommodating and helpful in so many ways, they dont pressure you they care for you. They make sure you leave with a smile on your face and faith in yourself and a vehicle that lasts. They only stock carefully sourced vehicles which undergo rigorous inspections and I couldn't be happier to own my new car, my dream car. Thank you to all the team at Pinnacle, you are a blessing and I will be buying from you solely going forward, not just for my self but my family too which I can now drive around safely thanks to you. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Turned up to view the car with no prior warning. Met Teo who showed us to the car and left us to look around with no pressure. Answered all of my questions fully. I returned later and took the car for a test drive. Again no pressure from Teo or the team just honest and open talk. Negotiated a great mutually beneficial deal and agreed to await a call regarding collection. Got a call this am from Jordan, turned up as agreed to see the car looking even better than it was on my first visit. The team had clearly worked their magic. Drove away a very happy man believing I have found an honest and trustworthy car dealer who I would extremely happy to use and recommend to family and friends.

I would not give these 1 star but had to click on something. Absolutely disgusting people and business. Long story short - bought a car from these. Had faults with the car, went back and forth. Paid for an independent inspection, lots of issues were found with the car including evidence that the under tray had been jet washed to hide a present oil leak (was advised to stop using the car) This is so it didn’t show on the MOT. The garage that carried out the RAC inspection is the same garage that carries out the MOT! (3 oil leaks, rear differential, issues with the software, issues with stop/start) In the end had to go to the ombudsman, good result for me as every penny was refunded back to me, and Pinnacle to collect the dodgy vehicle. Could go on and on into every detail, but the main point has had a review. I won’t waste anymore time on this review, as I know Jordan will have a smart answer for each part. As previously has done in the past running his mouth on messages to a woman! Enough time has been wasted on this company as it’s took nearly a year to get this sorted! But if this review makes someone think twice about buying from these, I am happy. Onto you now Jordan….do your best with your reply.
