TIMING CHAIN REPLACED OCT 2024
I'm leaving this as a 1 star until it's resolved. I recently bought a audi a5 under 3 months ago and the fuel panel isnt locking when the car locks and I've only just noticed because who checks if a basic lock is working . I rang up the dealership and dealt with the most rude employee ever who's suggestion was to go use the warranty company which shouldn't have to be the case buying the car so recently . When I was buying the car the owner Ben was amazing but being fobbed off and then having my number blocked has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Essex car store had my number from the audi a5 that was bought HN68*** give me a call seeing as my main landlines number is now blocked

I got a kuga from them In January and a little over a mouth the car had broken down to then find out it was not put back together the correct way and I had contact the finance department and they will not help and that the one they recommended they said was helping a lot of people with the their cars if any problems but I do not recommend now I’m stuck with a car that doesn’t run great so thanks Do not buy any car from then now I’m stuck with a car I can’t do nothing with and the finance company is no help so stay away from this cow boy place and thanks Ben for a crap car it was your car that you sold so stay away from this place they don’t help one bit
