My wife spent a long time looking for her ideal car, and had made contact with Daci about one they had in stock, a 2017 Mercedes Smart Fortwo. We asked about condition and were told of any marks, all age related, and the chap was really helpful. So we travelled from North Wales, and when we got there weren’t disappointed. We had questions and the chap was again, really helpful. It had obviously been serviced (I checked the oil) and the car had been cleaned to perfection. It did have a small crack in one of the wing mirrors (that they’d pointed out) and the chap said he’d order one up for us. My wife and I were very impressed with the service, and the car. What gives us great confidence, too, is the 6 month warranty. The fact that we feel good about the purchase is well worth a review. I’d recommend Daci, for sure.

AVOID!!!!!! Would not trust this dealership. Sold myself and my husband a car that is not fit for purpose. We are now stuck with a dead car, have paid out so far \xa32,500 in repairs because the dealership have wanted nothing to do with it they made that clear from the start. Am now starting a legal battle, all I can say is I hope they can sleep at night.

We purchased our new car from Daci Autos just before Christmas, a few issues where found with the car after driving home which Daci Autos have gone above and beyond to rectify, coming from Cornwall they accommodated having a local garage do the work that was required instead of the car being returned to them, the cars now all fixed and we will definitely be checking out Daci Autos stock when we next upgrade our car, and would recommend to any friends or family who are looking for there next car, Top service and definitely setting the example in terms of customer service and satisfaction

Great service! Bought a Renault recently here and there was no hard selling, plenty of time to look at the car, test drive etc. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. There were a couple of cosmetic defects with the car which were fixed prior to collecting it to a great standard and with no trouble, and a minor electrical issue that was arranged to be fixed a few weeks later, again with no stress and cost. Recommended!
