Vertu Hyundai Dunfermline were great because they were polite, professional and clear on everything they wanted. The sales staff were open and honest about the finance available and were not pushy in offering it. I got a loan from my bank, and this didn't cause any issues.
My experience at Vertu Hyundai Dunfermline could have been better because I asked the sales person 3 times to send me details of service plans but she never did it. The car was not valeted before I picked it up the pedals still had mud on them and the boot was dirty and when I got home I found an ice lolly stixk in the back of the ca. I want my car taken back in and valeted properly there is also an issue with the wing mirror and cruise control
.Vertu Hyundai Dunfermline were great because the sales staff were really nice. Nothing was too much bother. They are very quick to respond to communication. They remembered things most would have forgotten, like me working nights and certain times that were good to phone. I did not feel railroaded into something I wasn't sure about and felt I was completely free to change my mind about what I wanted to make sure I got something I was really excited about, without any pressure. I found my salesperson to be thoughtful, authentic and down to earth, whilst also being trustworthy, accommodating and considerate.(I don't know if I'm allowed to name drop so I just put her initials)Thanks V.C.!
I'd definitely recommend Vertu Hyundai Dunfermline to friends and family because they were very professional, super friendly and made this a very easy process. I bought my last car from Vertu and that was also a very pleasant experience so why go anywhere else? I was very happy with all aspects of my time in the Vertu showroom and I must also give a big thumbs up to my sales person, Jack Curry, who was very informative about the buying process and know the vehicle i purchased inside out so no question i asked went unanswered. I was so impressed by the service given that I spoke to my sister about it and she has also been to the showroom and bought a new Renault Clio where she received the same level of customer care and service. My other sister also drives a vehicle bought from Vertu and I am sure when she is thinking about changing she will have no hesitation in buying from Vertu again. Overall a very pleasurable experience from start to finish. 10 out of 10 Vertu. Keep up the good work.
