I would not recommend Vertu Ford Worcester because there was no information given about the car during the handover {the care was delivered} The car has a fault light on for the tyre pressure. I had to sort this out myself. I was promised a follow up call after the purchase, however no call was forthcoming so i was unable to report the issues I encountered
I'd definitely recommend Vertu Ford Worcester to friends and family because , very helpful and nice people to deal with, HOWEVER standards have dropped or were overlooked when I checked over the car at home , We actually picked up two cars within a week of one another and both windscreen washers were low (4 ltrs to top up both) 6 of the tyres were underflated by min of 4 psi to 6 psi Number plates used to be changed to advertise the dealership and also rear window stickers these were not done. Its only simple things I know but these should have been checked before pick up (tyres, screen wash)
My experience at Vertu Ford Worcester was cracking because the management was nice. But I had problems with awaiting my car nearly 10 days. It was enjoying because I paid everything before and signed all the documents. The company couldn’t manage to make a free car for me in time. But as a compliment they brought me flowers and sweets and some discount.
