I was pleased with Perrys Mansfield Ford and would recommend them because they were very professional and efficient! Particularly James he was extremely thorough his expertise and knowledge about the cars we looked at and then the one we purchased was at a level we’ve not experienced before!! Also we must mention Julie she was amazing, leading a very professional team the company must be very proud!!

Extremely poor costumer service and not open to feedback or learning when a complaint was made. No reassurance given regarding data issues/concerns even when complaint escalated. We will never use again and would not allow recommend

I'd suggest Perrys Mansfield Ford to a friend because Alan was so friendly and really helped me understand difficult parts of buying a car and nothing was ever too much trouble to him. I wouldn’t get a car anywhere else now

James made us aware of the models that fitted our requirements and left us to have a good look at these before we asked for a test drive. There was no pressure. We found some minor marks on the offside front wheel when we got home. This was promptly fixed the following day.

My experience at Perrys Mansfield Ford could have been better because ,I felt they we’re pushing for a deal , they wouldn’t move on the trade in value of my car which was top of the range Kuga vignale with £3000 worth of ford extra’s on my trade in, and they pushed for my new car to be collected on the last day of the financial month , and not the 1st so I lost a months tax at £620 for new car
