Really exceptional service, I visited swansway Peugeot in Chester Sunday 17th august and was driving away in my new car Thursday 21st August. Billy and Elliot were fantastic there was no problem to big or small. I would highly recommend.

We arrived on the forecourt to look around and were please to find no pushy salespeople. when we did see a salesman he was polite and again, not pushy. we decided on the car we wanted, and from thereon to collecting the car it was a pleasant and seamless process. I would certainly recommend them. a special thanks to Dan Brotherton.

Went to have a look at cars we were the only customers in and all the staff disappeared into a back room when we walked in, we then had to wait 5-10 minutes to get a staff members attention who really didn’t want to help us anyway, another customer also walked in and had to wait a while. We had a look around a few other dealers that day and all the others where 10/10 customer service. Peugeot really did disappoint
