Car isn’t too bad , my son collected a car on Saturday , the guy here told me he would sort the tax before my son left the forecourt , turns out he didn’t and my son has been driving around for two days with no tax . Don’t believe a word they say when they promise they’ll do something. . Here’s me trying to make my son’s first car experience a good one and then we’ve got people that just don’t care! Let an 18 year old lad drive an untaxed vehicle , I have called the dvla about it as he isn’t getting clamped They also slap a \xa3100 admin fee on , when I bought my car from a reputable dealer they made sure I had tax before I drove away, no doubt the yellow speed cameras will have picked up it had no tax so apologies to the previous owner when dvla show up, I specifically rang you to ask if it was taxed as if it wasn’t I would do it before he left , your words were “ don’t worry , I’ll sort it!” Shocking! My partner , mechanic/mot tester of 35 years will be checking this car over as he’s noticed it’s been wax oiled underneath - I really don’t trust them after reading the reviews

Dont even deserve 1 star...bought a car for over \xa35000 for my Daughter with being her first car in September last year..had an issue with it in first month and they repaired only when I organised it to be picked up and delivered to Garage...2nd time it broke down Engine light came on after 8 months driving and less then 4000 miles done they didn't want to know..your free 15 month warranty is a joke make sure you read before buying a car..taken car to Local garage and they pointed out a few problems with car which would have been done before buying and causing the issue The warranty company Don't want to know can understand why they offer free 1 year mot and service they probably dont want anyone else looking at car.the gentleman who I rang at cheshire motors was not helpful talking to me like I'm a child and not even trying to help at all ...please avoid..especially if thinking of buying your Kids first car from there...you would be worried every time they are out driving..

Avoid at all costs !!! 0 stars should be an option. Saw some of the bad reviews on google but decided to ignore due to seeing some good reviews and being desperate for a car, really wish I hadn’t ignored the bad reviews. Negative experience with this garage pretty much from start to finish. Horrendous customer service. Sold me a car at distance (2.5 hrs away) that was delivered with a warning light on the dash which was obviously not declared before purchase. I was then advised by Steve to take the car to a garage near me and they would cover the cost, however after a week of going back and forth between them and the warrantee company, the issue had not yet been resolved. I was then told this would have to go through the warrantee and this would make it void as it can only be used once in 12 months. Communication with both the garage (Dani and Steve) and the warrantee company they use was painful. Constantly having to ring and getting no answers. They would say one thing and someone else would say another. I decided I no longer wanted the car at the 14 day mark due being messed about so much. They refused to pick up the car even though the fault was an issue with the safety of driving it. I drove the 2.5 hrs to Cheshire to return the car and there was no remorse from them whatsoever. No apology for the situation they had put me in and the huge inconvenience they had caused me. Nothing. I requested the money back for the full tank of petrol that was in the car and they said they ‘don’t refund fuel’. To make matters worse, they then took another 2 weeks to give me my money back! Leaving me without a car for almost a month.
