Steer well clear! Disgusted with this company & how they deal with problems. Avoid, so many other options out there why risk dealing with them. I purchased a vehicle and a fault came up on the drive home, it’s been in a garage 5 times, I’ve not been able to drive it after just a month. Taken 5 months to get them to finally accept the vehicle back and they don’t seem to care at all.They first refused to take the vehicle back within 30 days leading me to believe they didn’t have to. So many issues i can’t list them all. I Spent money on extra parts and they refuse to pay for them saying I should have paid a \xa32k millage fee for what I drove before it went into the garage, even trying to claim a millage figure which is nonsense and I have proof. Solicitors will now have to get involved. Just avoid them in case you have issues. You have been warned.

Purchased my first vehicle from this place in September 2024, Amy the sales representative was lovely and helped me along the way and even delivered the vehicle to me however since owning the vehicle I’ve realised I should of done a better background check. The first week I noticed I needed a new rear parking sensor as this was faulty - then a few weeks later I realised my electric side mirror didn’t work and that I also had issues with my thermostat housing unit, this was all replaced at a different garage owned by DM Keith. Now my coolant is still leaking and mixed with oil which could be a head gasket issue and that also the auxiliary belt is damaged and that this was actually on the M.O.T log and they knew this when selling the vehicle. Like I said Amy was lovely however I would avoid this certain branch - I use a different DM Keith in Leeds who seem a lot better.
