My experience at Vertu Nissan Ilkeston could have been better because although the salesperson was very friendly, there was a lot of repeated pressure to take finance agreements that were unnecessary and could have ended up costing me more money. Additionally, the cleanliness and preparation of the car was unsatisfactory. The tyres had been coated with an oil that sprayed onto the bodywork and the interior car mats were filthy. I was told the car would have had a "full valet" and this obviously didn't happen.
Very pleased with the Nissan.We have had Vauxhalls for many years but due to the new Vaxhall Frontiera still not being available and a delivery date some time in 2026 if we ordered now we decided to look elswhere and spotted the Nissan firstly on Autotrader and then the car we wanted on eBay at your Sheffield branch.We called in at your Ilkeston branch as it is close to us and had a look round the Qashqai cars they had on site and were pleased with the quality of the cars.On entering the showroom we were greeted by Mathew the sales person who was very pleasant and helpful and he let us have a test drive in the Qahqai demonstrator.We asked about the car at your Sheffield branch as it was the Tekna and was the spec we wanted .The car was delivered down to Ilkeston the next day and we viewed it the day after and we purchased the car and picked it up 2 days later .The whole thing was seamless from start to finnish and I would like to give Mathew credit for all his help and understanding of what we wanted.The experience at Vertu Nissan Ilkeston was fantastic because
