My experience at Carbase Lympsham was positive because the staff were friendly and willing to help me. I noticed something on the exterior of the vehicle that wasn’t satisfactory, and the staff were able to reduce the price so I could purchase the parts to get the issue fixed at my place of residence, as I lived a few hours away. I was then able to purchase and take the car back with me the same day without an extra journey.

Carbase Lympsham were great from start to drive away. Having seen a car on the internet I reserved it for a small fully refundable fee as I live 200 miles away. It took a couple of weeks to make arrangements to view and test drive and I was kept updated throughout. Blake started the process and I dealt with Kieran on the day.
