I would not recommend this company. They are nonchalant and if you look at all of the bad reviews they have gotten you will see how quick they are to dismiss their customers. I financed one of their cars which turned out to be faulty. When I told them I was having issues I was dismissed, the manager downplayed everything and just told me to send the car in. I gave a bad review which the manager then called me and told me ‘you need to remove it’ which I did because I just didn’t want the hassle but thought that was very unprofessional. I gave the car in and waited around 4/5 days to get it back. I collected the car which was now very dirty inside and out and petrol was almost done. I drove the car on the motorway for an hour and a half to get home and as soon as I got close to my house the car had smoke coming out of the bonnet and I had no choice but to pull over. The car was clearly not fixed. When I called the company and spoke to the manager he was extremely rude and told me ‘you are going round in circles and repeating yourself, either send the car back to us or don’t’. At this point I was almost in tears. This company is very unprofessional and are only nice until you have issues with the car you brought from them.

Bought my fantastic Audi A3S from them. The 2 women at the reception were great and were very accommodating. The whole process of part exchanging my car was a dream, dead easy, no hassle.

I purchased a Mercedes A Class from ARJ motors 1 week ago, and had a fantastic experience. Purchased a BMW series 2 gran coupe a few weeks ago from ARJ MOTORS. Rang to book an appointment to see the car and on arrival the car was nicely presented and able to take on a test drive. Staff were very young, polite and very professional and able to answer any questions we had. Whole process was very efficient and quite impressive. Very happy with the car and great customer service...

Stay away from this garage, sold me a car with a faulty flywheel. I returned the car for them to fix and had to pay \xa3700 in parts for them to do the job!. Now recently found out the condenser has a hole in it. They've become unresponsive, i will be going small claims court. This is all within a week of owning the car.
