I'd definitely recommend Stafford Land Rover because My experience at Stafford Land Rover was positive because Dan had knowledge of all of the range rovers in stock and for me did his best to get a good deal on the car that we were all happy with. He was engaging and very friendly. Good customer service and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Unlike Land Rover, Derby who were quite frankly appalling. Hence our move to Stafford which I can say without doubt I made the right decision
I'd recommend Stafford Land Rover to anyone because I recently purchased my new Land Rover Defender and was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service I received throughout the entire process especially from Alex one word Outstanding. From my first visit to the day I collected the vehicle, everything was handled with professionalism, care and clear communication. Nothing was too much trouble for Alex and every detail was taken care of to make sure everything progressed smoothly, the flat white was pretty good from the new machine also. It’s rare these days to come across such a high standard of customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and Alex to anyone considering a new vehicle. I’m absolutely delighted with my Defender and truly appreciate the outstanding support I received along the way. After service again was exceptional, very minor issue which I didn't notice when collecting and easily missed my eagle eyed wife noticed just on the inside of the drivers door 2 tiny dots where the paint had chipped maybe, mentioned to Alex who immediately said not a problem bring it in and it will be sorted not hesitation super impressive service.
