The experience at Perrys Dover Ford was great because Michael demonstrated extensive knowledge throughout all explanations. He was polite, kind and courteous- nothing was too much trouble. Kelly at the service department was so happy to help, personable and knowledgeable and her manager was fabulous too. I can’t fault the service I received at Perry’s Ford.
My experience at Perrys Dover Ford was so great. I went in with my old car to see how bad it was. And when I was sat crying in the show room because it was time to get another car, Sarah Jarvie reassured me and immediately found me a car on the lot and I test drove it, and bought it there and then. I am so thankful to her. She was extremely professional and supportive. She understood what a big stress it is for me to get a new car, and handled it (and my emotions) like a pro. Highly recommend. Have already convinced my mum and neighbour that they have to get their next car from Sarah at Perrys Ford Dover!
I'd recommend Perrys Dover Ford because the whole process was easy from viewing the car to purchasing, everything was clearly explained to me, I was nervous at first having not purchased from a main dealer before however the salesman made me feel at ease and made the whole process simple.
Perrys Dover Ford were not so great because I am still confused by the on board computer controls and would appreciate an owners handbook to explain the workings of and purpose of the computer control and would be very happy to recommend you if you can help with getting a manual or explanation of the computer etc..
