My experience at Carbase Weston Super Mare could have been better because whilst Nathan has been brilliant, the oil change light came on when driving car home. The oil wasn’t changed or checked in the Carbase sales process as it should have been and the oil had degraded. Despite this, it’s not covered by RAC warranty and I’ve had to pay £93 to fix
I would not recommend Carbase Weston Super Mare because the overall service and communication with sales was absolutely a nightmare . The old scenario we call you. Did they no. It was us who had to do the all chasing The aircon when we put on on the testdrive did not work . We thought all this had been checked on the RAC point check you do. Just to let you know it is working intermittently now. This regassed just before we pucked it up. A quock question sales said that they have ordered a new air con condensor, has this arrived yet ? This is the fifth car we have bought from Carbase and to be honest the level of sevice has gone downhill. Dave Prior.
The experience at Carbase Weston Super Mare was good because very professional and excellent customer service. My only gripe was that when I came for the test drive and agreed to buy the car. I was told that when I come back for the car 2 days later, the car would be valeted again to welcome me to my new car. Sadly this was not the case. Which left me a little disappointed.
