There were a few of these cars for sale around the country, but this one stood out for being competitively priced and in great condition. From the moment I arrived at DT Performance, the team’s friendly and no-pressure approach put me at ease. It was refreshing to deal with staff who were informative and helpful without ever being pushy – it never felt like a hard sell, which made the whole process feel right. The car was immaculately presented on collection and is an absolute pleasure to drive. Soon after I purchased this TVR Griffith I ran into problems with the running of the engine, I was going on holiday so I took it up to them and left it with Tom at DT Performance whilst I was away, Tom was absolutely brilliant, he booked it into Sportmotive (TVR specialist ) they done full diagnostics, replaced the ECU and AFM and set it up. I returned from holiday and the car was all ready for me, I collected it and it is now running absolutely spot on. I was treated extremely well and I couldn’t have asked for more, the car had a problem (it’s a 27 year old car) and DT reacted perfectly, in these days it is very unusual to find any kind of shop that offers this great level of service. I’ve just purchased my TVR off of D T Performance and dealt with Tom. Right through the process the communication has been second to none, even after the sale, when other companies loose interest they have been superb. The sale was completed in a very relaxed way with absolutely no pressure. The sales showroom is great with fantastic cars all presented extremely well. Wow. Consumate professionals at this specialist dealer. I had never bought a performance car before so Tom talked me through everything in language I could understand. Buying used cars can be a minefield. DT performance have great examples of some of the most iconic cars in their showroom. I honestly couldn’t recommend DT Performance enough. I part exchanged my OG M2 in for a highly modified Lotus Exige 380. I never write reviews but Tom and the team at DT Performance cars were so outstandingly that I feel the need to make an exception. They are honest, genuine enthusiasts who try to find a perfect car match. I was looking for a Land Rover 110 v8. DT had one - exquisitely restored- but it was a van and I needed rear seats, towbar, steps etc. Big and complicated changes and frankly not worth a dealer’s trouble. Not a problem for Tom the team. I now have my perfect V8 Land Rover. Thank you Tom! The numerous 5 star reviews testify to the fact that I am not alone - this is a stellar outfit and I hope to purchase from them again.
