Visited the site to look at a vehicle I was interested in but this was after work so didn’t have my car, visited the following day with my car in the hopes of sorting a deal. Was low balled massively on my part exchange but finance had been approved so it was just a case of dealing with the equity I had remaining on my car which I was prepared to pay but the offer wasn’t great. Due to the poor offer for part exchange I declined the deal and was prepared to walk away. I was then offered a better deal for the part exchange but for some reason although the finance company had already approved the credit all of a sudden the finance company apparently was asking for a different deposit which was coincidentally the same amount between the part exchange offers. I also witnessed pushy sales and aggression towards another customer that didn’t like a car after they had seen it. From my experience it was all lies to get you to the point where you sign your documents and they clearly manipulate which finance company you are referred to based on the commission they receive as I have previously brought from another V12 location and was told I only approved for HP but traded in the car a week later to another company and was approved for PCP so definitely deceptive so avoid
