Excellent service from start to finish would highly recommend company. No pressure to buy and gave me all the information needed. Jafar dealt with me and was friendly and really helpful was a pleasure to deal with. The young lad who came for the test drive also provided excellent customer service and all knowledge of the car. Car was in excellent condition for the age and price and I'm really happy with it. Now I have my car and its all thanks to these guys.

Bought Hyundai ix35 from The Motor People, after just a week serious engine fault occurred. I spoke to different mechanics and they all said car needs a new engine or very serious engine repair which would cost more than car is actually worth. I've got in touch with Jafar which was extremely helpful. Told me to bring car back and his team will deal with this. It's only taken them a week to get the car back on the road and i've been using the car for 4 months so far and everything seems to be alright! All that time Jafar was extremely responsive, understanding and helpful (was able to answer my questions pretty much 24/7 - seriously). To top it all up they've paid most of the bill and expected me to contribute just only a small fraction of the costs and at last they delivered the car back to me at no extra cost as I live over an hour drive from their dealership! Thank you very much Jafar and the team!

I could not have asked more from this company, they assisted me with issues I had in a personal yet professional way, I am more than happy with the car I purchased and the service provided, I was also pleased with the after service. If I buy a car in the future the motor company in Radcliffe will be my first call, finally I have to say that it gives me peace of mind having found a trustworthy company that actually have customer satisfaction as a priority.

Had a good experience buying a car from here. Haishim Was very helpful and answered all my questions. They were quick, down to earth, and efficient. Would recommend. Edit: slightly disappointed, they said they did a service but the oil definitely wasn't changed. Had to change it a week later from buying.

We went to look,booked test drive,got back and bought it. Left it a few week to review due to going away and using our new kuga to tow our caravan to Cornwall. Well the car was fantastic fuel compsumtion was excellent ,towed caravan with ease. All in all great car. Jafa was excellent didn't pressure us in any way ,was polite and helped us sort the sale .

Buying a car for most people is the second biggest expense you will have and I am sure we have all heard stories and going to a garage to buy a car and being ripped off. You are going into their world, they do this daily, you on the other hand are expected to negotiate and listen to all of the additional products they have and make decisions under time pressure, and then what happens if something goes wrong when you leave with your car! They have your money and then they disappear not to be seen again because it's not their problem. You can put all of these fears to one side, the sales process is simple and straightforward with no rush and no fuss, what they say they are going to do they actually do it and the after sales service is 10/10, I had a problem that wasn't covered under warranty but I was listened to and able to put my points forward, quick email replies and a polite, professional open and honest conversation with a sensible outcome. Fantastic customer service and I would definitely use this company again in the future when I am thinking about replacing a car. It's not often that you come across a company that truly puts the customer at the heart of everything they do but they honestly do. Purchased a car at the end of May from the team at Motor People. Process was easy enough, and the communication was faultless. 12 days after we bought the car, a fault occured with the clutch. This was unpredictable and to my understanding, nothing that could have been forecast with the vehicle checks. Whisky under warranty, the clutch wasn't covered due to "wear and tear". However the team at Motor People helped arrange a local specialist to complete a new clutch installation within 24 hours and covered half the cost.
