I would not recommend Vertu Ford West Bromwich because on the day of collection we were contacted to inform us that the vehicle tax was 3 times the price we were told when being sold the car. A good dealership would have covered at very least the initial first year cost, even if they had been mis informed. We had agreed a price transfered the money and that should have been honoured. (We could have had our money refunded) but having to source another car and being without a car, having in good faith paid very poor.
