I was happy with the service at CarSupermarket.com Lincoln because the sales staff are really helpful and friendly, only issue is after purchasing my car it had an engine fault within 5 days of purchase, this was due to a faulty spark plug which I believe should have been checked before the car was sold to me, they did however get this sorted and no problems with the car since. Would still recommend and would purchase a car from them again.
I found myself at the Lincoln branch returning a car that I’d originally collected from Sheffield but was not satisfied with the product or the service that they offered me. The branch manager Jeremy assured me straight away that he would do what he could to rectify my poor experience elsewhere and couldn’t apologise enough for the terrible state of the vehicle sold to me there. We sat and talked for quite some time and I easily warmed to him. Jeremy is a credit to the company, an extremely lovely man with all the time in the world to listen to his customers and it’s clear throughout the branch in Lincoln that he manages the place impeccably. After searching the system for a car that was a better match for me he was able to find me a car which he had transported from another branch to Lincoln for me to return and have a look at. From this point onwards it was Julie who dealt with me and like Jeremy she was incredibly professional, easy to get along with and again I felt like she had all the time in the world when dealing with me. She did all the work in swapping over my finance from the returned vehicle to the new one which I had already started to fall in love with and after a few days I was able to collect the car and drive it home feeling as though I had been well looked after throughout the entire experience. Compared to my experience in Sheffield the Lincoln branch was great, you wouldn’t think the two branches were even part of the same company. Jeremy and Julie went above and beyond to ensure that the experience and my views of carsupermarket.com were good and that’s exactly what they ended up being thanks to these two individuals. Fantastic service, kind staff, spotless dealership with a great range of shiny and smart vehicles on offer I would recommend this branch of the company to anyone. Great stuff, I couldn’t thank them enough.
The purchasing experience was promising when we started, but missed the mark on a few occasions. We moved to Lincolnshire with the U.S. Air Force and needed to purchase a vehicle to alleviate the need of a hired car. After reserving the Ford Kuga from the Hessle location, we decided to have it transferred to Lincoln for ease of travel. With our understanding that it would take no longer than 4 business days, we planned accordingly with our rental. Unfortunately, this timeline was not met and we we had to extend our hired vehicle waiting for delivery. Hindsight, we would have driven up to Hessle to purchase the vehicle in order to save almost a week of extra hired car. Once the vehicle was in Lincoln, we had to wait an additional 2 days (we couldn’t make it to the dealer when asked because of prior commitments and needed to extend it one more day for a total of 3) because we wouldn’t be able to purchase the vehicle due to an employee absence. This was frustrating to us for the above reasons. Once we picked up the vehicle (15 August) Kye was AMAZING! He definitely shows the best of the company and was outstanding with the purchase, tax, and registration process. After driving away, 2 specific things were unsatisfactory. First, the vehicle was on empty. After paying cash for a vehicle, the last thing I would have thought would be to fill up the petrol upon pickup. Second, the battery was at an insufficient charge to allow proper function of the Auto Start/Stop. Though the service shop did replace the battery 6 days after the purchase, this seemed like something that should have been checked on the initial multipoint inspection prior to sale. In all, Kye shifted a somewhat negative experience to slightly positive. Hopefully this feedback can help fix future transactions.
I'd recommend CarSupermarket.com Lincoln to anyone because there was no ‘salesman’ pressure. Julie was very friendly and dealt with most things very well. The only thing I would say is that a little more knowledge on the car would have been helpful but I figured out a lot using google.

Although I was a little apprehensive about buying a car without seeing it beforehand, I'm pleased that the car is as good as I hoped it would be. The people who dealt with it for me were honest and helpful. I would recommend Lily, Chloe,and the delivery driver Chris for their straightforward and obliging attitudes.
CarSupermarket.com Lincoln staff were good because Oliver Boyd was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is a good listener and understood all my requirements and answered all my questions. Oliver was very helpful and arranged for my Mercedes to be serviced and for the air-conditioning to be regassed. He also arranged for my car to be fully valeted inside and out to a high standard. I really enjoyed the experience of buying a quality Mercedes from Car Supermarket and Oliver Boyd assisted by Lily Storer provided a first class service.
