I'd definitely recommend Waylands Reading to friends and family because of the great service received throughout the buying process. I was never put under any pressure to make quick decisions. I was able to make decisions in my own time and offered all of the help and information required to feel comfortable with the purchase. Waylands reading broke trust a few days after purchase caused damage to boot area but didn't say, was told by management to sort it my self as I have extra insurance cover for interior. My husband works in the NHS and has to focus on the sick but instead has to help sort this which could have been sorted by Waylands reading
My experience at Waylands Reading could have been better because I took delivery of the car after flagging an issue with it from the test drive that hadn't been fixed. I then had to bring he car back in to get it fixed (which I am still not convinced the issue is fully resolved).
