Very smooth, efficient and organised business. Noticeable knowledge of sales advisers around selling but also with specific knowledge of the individual cars. Very very pleased with car purchase and feel at the moment that I got good value for my money.

Wanted to view a vehicle advertised on Autotrader. Was told I'd need to pay a (refundable) \xa399 deposit for them to move it to the showroom. This all felt extremely dodgy so I walked away. No parking on site for customers.

Dealt with Manny, very thorough with explanations of packages, add ons and warranties. Did not feel pressured into buying add ons. Great knowledge about the care and very friendly and helpful.

Very happy with the car for 3 days. Taken on first motorway journey about 30 miles next morning found car was leaking oil. Returned to garage where bought from and told they could not help has to be dealt with by aftershaves dept. Advised that it would need a mechanics report to accompany making complaint. Not able to drive car in case engine seized up. Car had a drip tray so mechanic unable to see fault without booking it in and removing. Once drip tray removed found to have a considerable amount of oil lying in it coming from where a timing chain had been replaced and the work done poorly. Report sent to customer service but was outside office hours and next day person was on holiday. Beware when responding to any emails from them they are bounced back from their mail server because of the file size this is due to them sending messages contain lots of images meaning that they will always be rejected. This is still ongoing with promises from manager at Hinckley broken after being told to take his word that this would be sorted and now he was personally involved. Promised a call from that manager at12.00 on the Monday. This did not happen and it subsequently came to light that Monday was his day off, (read into .that what you want). A constant list of broken promises the last correspondence ensuring me that the money for my part exchange would be returned and the finance agreement cancelled. Two days later no money and a finance payment has been taken from my account. I will not list all the dealings involved you can be sure it was a most unpleasant and very stressful experience. As a side note when speaking with the manager at Hinckley I wanted to return to how I started before buying what was supposed to be my dream car. I asked for my old car back used as part exchange but after another broken promise this was sold on because they could make even more money.
