I'd suggest Vertu Honda Plymouth to a friend because although we had teething problems with the vehicle, matters were resolved satisfactorily. The Sales Team were all very professional and helpful, and I believe the problem was overlooked due to lack of staff and the staff that were there, being overstretched.
I would not recommend Vertu Honda Plymouth because the vehicle was not checked over prior to handover - if we’d put it in for an MOT on the day it would have failed! Level of interior cleanliness left something to be desired too, there shouldn’t have been a half melted sweet still stuck inside the glovebox…
The experience at Vertu Honda Plymouth was great because Alll my questions were fully answered. The car was in excellent condition and at a reasonable price. It was a refreshing change to find a dealer with such an honest, straightforward approach to customer service. This is how buying a used car should be.
