Our initial experience with 360 car sales was great. Very friendly helpful. With constant before sale contact. Bought a car which is lovely. However once the sale was completed a short time after i tried to contact them and left a message to call me. Which wasnt returned. I was told a new battery would be fitted as part of the deal as this wasnt holding power at the showroom, and also two new tyres. The tyres where fitted. However recently the battery lost power. On removing the battery we decovered this hadn't been replaced as promised. We did try to contact him without success to discuss.

Car sale was painless and the finance was arranged easily. Buyer beware though: the warranty is absolutely useless and I have not have had a reputable garage accept it - they don't even let me finish the sentence when I mention warranty!

Always been a little wary of car salesmen but Matt at 360 car sales was superb. No hard sell . Friendly and polite. An easy experience start to finish. A little hiccup with car after a few days but all sorted efficiently and without any hassle. I’d gladly recommend them to anyone and wouldn’t go anywhere else in future.

Looked at a car here on Monday. The couple who run the business are really helpful & friendly. The car was opened up so I could have a look inside before taking it out on a test drive. Really knowledgeable, provide a very high level of service & go above & beyond. I didn't end up buying the car as it was a bit too different to what I'm used to but the service was excellent & I'd highly recommend looking for a car here.

An absolute joy to buy a car from 360 car sales matt was great and no pressure I was let down by another dealer but matt raised to the challenge as I needed the car within 2 days as I had already sold mine the mot and service was done the next day and the valet the next morning so I picked the car up within 2 days I would like to thank matt for all of his help I would definitely recommend 360 car sales for straight talking and bending over backwards to help me out of trouble
