Just relieved myself of my DB11 after three years with the worst Aston Martin I have had in over 20 years of owning them. Bought my \xa3100k V12 DB11 from Sevenoaks in 2022 with 8,000miles on it after a video presentation from Daniel. Travelled down 250 miles to collect and felt rushed through the finance completion not even had set eyes on the car. Quick look around all seemed OK. Hmmm, not for long. Within a few weeks it was noticed that this car showed obvious evidence of a rear end accident damage repair and not a good one. Paint over spray, boot showing a different shade, no "Aston Martin" lettering on the boot, OSR alloy from an NSR, exhaust leaking on the rear joint, boot liner hanging off. This being I stress an Aston Martin "Timeless" vehicle. I wonder myself how it made it on to a forecourt of Aston Martin? Car was collected, and sent for repair. Came back after one month with a newly damaged OSF wing and two kerbed front alloys and a split tyre. They sent an identical car up to exchange alloys, but were in a worse condition, how, why? Dashcam showed several episodes of abuse from workshop and paint shop including revving the dogs off it. Had to be sent to a local repair shop for a wing repair and 2 alloys. Would I buy another Timeless Aston Martin, unfortunately I doubt it. What checks do they actually do? Would I buy from Sevenoaks Aston Martin again? I really couldn't. ** Update ** - That email address is a closed group and does not accept emails from outside your organization, however REG: VX66ZCJ will allow you to see the service I received and the quality of the "ex-accident damaged" vehicle supplied to me.

I have just taken delivery of my second brand new Aston Martin from Sevenoaks, and became a returning customer due to the high level of service that I had received during my 6.5 years of ownership of the previous car. David Rutland has been my sales contact through most of those years, and his high level of customer service made returning to Sevenoaks in 2025 to buy a new car a given. At all stages of the process (from my fantastic extended test drive, though exploring possible purchase options of existing showroom cars followed by placing a fresh factory order and finally delivering an extremely high quality, enjoyable collection event this week), David ensured that I had a premium experience throughout. Collecting my car on Friday was lovely, and David made sure that it was thoroughly enjoyable and memorable, even indulging me with the many, many, many photographs that I took that day! It must be recognised that many other people in the business also played a part in ensuring that I was a returning customer, and Sarah, Leigh, Ian, Marc Sack, Steve Robson, Kevin (collecting cars for service) & Lisa have all played their part in giving superb customer support throughout and securing my return business. I wholeheartedly recommend Sevenoaks Aston Martin (5 Stars) for all things Aston-related, and know that many other Aston Owners in the Aston Martin Owners Club share that feeling.

So a long awaited fulfilment of a dream yesterday when I took ownership of my first AM. Leigh was superb from our very first meeting, through a really informative test drive and the handover, he knows these cars inside out and, clearly shares the passion for these wonderful machines! Aston Martin Sevenoaks staff are amazing from purchase to service an exceptional dealer ship . Leigh top sales executive very informative not pushy just very good at he’s job , it’s my second Aston and I’ve dealt with Leigh on both purchases. Finally joined the Aston Martin family, dealing with Leigh and his team was soo easy. This man knows every nut and bolt of an Aston! Was never pushy , just had the time to ease you into the Aston mode. To that end collected my DB11 last week and is a dream to drive . Many thanks Leigh and no doubt will be back for more.
