Ill start with the bad points,there wasn't any! Robert was extremely professional from start to finish. I sent my 18 year old son to view a vehicle as I work overseas, Robert treated the kids with absolutely exceptional service and ensured there experience was what it should be in viewing a vehicle , all queries answered, all history shared, no question from ourside in that Robert knows his vehicles inside and out , and isnt just selling on,any old motor. We are in search of a Honda Jazz to substitute our previous vehicle. Fortunately, we found one that meets our requirements located in Fairfax, conveniently situated in our town. The owner, Robert, is both honest and quick to replace the broken lamp, and he readily addresses any inquiries regarding the car. Overall, it has been a highly positive experience!

I had been looking for a new car for about a year, and was becoming very frustrated, with many local main dealers, who did not seem interested in offering a personal service anymore. Some not even willing to let me test drive their vehicles without going online or placing a deposit. I am old school and miss the days of just going to look at a car, and having some banter with the seller. Fairfax Europe has been a breath of fresh air, great website with loads of information and photos of the cars to browse through. I have nothing but praise for Robert, who has dealt with the sale and part exchange in a friendly no pressure manner throughout. Really recommend, Great Place to but a new car.
