My 21-year-old son purchased a car from this company, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The level of service has been appalling, with poor communication throughout the process. It took weeks for them to settle the finance on his previous vehicle, and even longer to refund money owed to him after he made an additional payment. To make matters worse, we discovered today that his old car is still registered in his name, which means he hasn’t received the car tax rebate he’s entitled to and would be liable to any speeding tickets etc. This is unacceptable treatment under any circumstances, but it’s especially disheartening considering this was his first experience buying a car on his own. Unfortunately, it has left him completely disillusioned.
