Appalling service from this dealership, would never go here again after the way we were treated. Motability sales team, and management especially need to learn some customer service skills with their shocking bad attitude. From total lack of communication, delays, damage to the vehicle to name a few of the issues encountered, we have had to resolve directly with Cupra complaints to deal with them and now in hands of the Motoring Ombudsman. Take my advice and buy a car elsewhere if you want a pleasant and professional experience, as it should be. Shame because we love the car it now sadly leaves a bad taste....

The staff at CUPRA Crewe were good because they were very helpful with all questions. Very reassuring as I was driving an automatic for the 1st time and was a little nervous. Very informative about the vehicle, kept me uo to date with everything via email. Jordan and Dave were very good.

Planned a visit for today Saturday 31st May to test drive a Cupra Formentor VZ3 333 at 11am. We arrived early so walked round the forecourt to look at the car. Shocked is an understatement, the car was literally covered in bird muck and to make things worse there was a guy busy washing other cars on the forecourt!!! Surely on a planned visit this car should have been a priority?? We then go into the showroom to let them know we are here for our 11am appt, we are asked to take a seat and get a coffee as the lady we were booked with was with another client, no problem. After being sat there for over 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from her even though she walked past us twice we have walked out, not that anyone noticed this or was bothered. Terrible service and a waste of our journey. The plan was to buy this car today but after what we saw and how we were treated not a chance. On the motorway going home and needless to say no sale made.
