Bought a car from here first class service, no pressure and very genuine owner Stuart was so easy to deal with.. very easy process from start to finish would highly recommend....That was until ten weeks later it needed new clutch phoned him up didn't want to know.It was sold to me with a new MOT and supposed service but the garage who replaced the clutch told me they didn't think it had as they found a few other issues that would have been picked up by service / MOT. In conclusion definitely a DODGY DEALER who should be avoided.I hope at some point theyre brought to book and closed down

I purchased my BMW 1 series 2 years ago from this dealership. We had teething problems with the car for around 2 months. But they did everything to picking the car up from southport and back to fixing the parts at BMW directly. All in all their warranty and customer service was absolutely brilliant.
