I'd recommend Vertu Ford Macclesfield to a friend because they went above & beyond. A really long test drive, explained everything about the car. The car was delivered which saved us a lot of time as we are not local. The salespeople we dealt with very friendly & courteous.
My experience at Vertu Ford Macclesfield could have been better because you sold me a car with a high clutch bite and refused to fix it,Ventura Stockton test drove the car and the manager rang and said it needs another clutch,he then reversed his comment by saying it wasn’t slipping,sent the car back at my cost again,no one would contact me or answer my calls after saying what was up with the car,,terrible way to treat people,
I would recommend Vertu Ford Macclesfield to friends and family because there was no real "hard sell", and I was able to take a good test drive along both busy main roads and more minor roads in order to appreciate how the vehicle performed in different situations. I didn't know the local roads so actually being accompanied by the sales guy - Tony - was very helpful. I actually knew which car I wanted to try out/buy but, with all the quality vehicles on site, I would imagine they have something for everyone. To summarise, the car was ready to go on test on my initial visit and, when I arrived to collect it, after MOT and prep, it's appearance was truly stunning. Very professional organisation and a pleasure to deal with.
I purchased my last car approximately two years ago from Tony La Ronde at Macclesfield, last month I was looking for a Honda Jazz.
