Noah ran through some option in our price range and we decided on a Mercedes EV, Noah made the whole experience of buying our first EV easy, explaining the charging, finance and after care.
I would highly recommended carsupermarket Preston to friends and family because of their options staff and smooth transition. We arrived with a few cars in mind a budget and also wanting to part exchange our old car. Noah was amazing we didn’t once feel like anything was being pushed on us and he went above and beyond to get us the perfect vehicle within our budget. The whole experience was smooth and very pleasant which I never experienced when I bought my first ever car. The vehicle is perfect and Noah has kept intouch to make sure we are happy and to inform us of any next steps. The whole process from start to finish was amazing.

When I needed a simple update on my order, I found that the "order update" line consistently rang out with no answer. However, when I tried the "new sale" option, my call was answered immediately every time. This was a frustrating experience, as it felt like once the sale was made, my business was no longer a priority.

He personally intervened to ensure that both the vehicle and deal was perfect on collection day, going above what is expected.
