I would not recommend EMG Thetford because I felt that they were more sales driven than customer satisfaction driven. My experience on the pick up day was quite harrowing and need not have been.

I'd definitely recommend EMG Thetford because they were very helpful and I was not sure of the car I wanted, Paul their sales rep, he did not push a sale and gave me time to look. When I saw the car I wanted at another EMG site he was very helpful in obtaining it for me. After I had got the car he phoned an check that I was all ok with car.
