Waylands Oxford were fantastic because they were easy to deal with and very professional

My experience at Waylands Oxford could have been better because the used vehicle I had ordered was delivered with multiple defects that should have been detected during the pre-handover checks. Furthermore the interface between Polestar and the dealer was slow and unreliable, resulting in me having to contact both parties to move the sale along. It's now 4 weeks since I purchased the vehicle and I've only had it for 4 days in that time (the rest was either waiting for handover or returned to dealer for repair).

Waylands Oxford were great because they were very helpful, took time to show me vehicles and let me test drive three during the weekend I was looking for a car, even though they were busy.

The staff at Waylands Oxford were very knowledgeable and patient with us oldies working the app on our mobiles.
