I'd recommend Stafford Land Rover to anyone because I recently purchased my new Land Rover Defender and was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service I received throughout the entire process especially from Alex one word Outstanding. From my first visit to the day I collected the vehicle, everything was handled with professionalism, care and clear communication. Nothing was too much trouble for Alex and every detail was taken care of to make sure everything progressed smoothly, the flat white was pretty good from the new machine also. It’s rare these days to come across such a high standard of customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and Alex to anyone considering a new vehicle. I’m absolutely delighted with my Defender and truly appreciate the outstanding support I received along the way. After service again was exceptional, very minor issue which I didn't notice when collecting and easily missed my eagle eyed wife noticed just on the inside of the drivers door 2 tiny dots where the paint had chipped maybe, mentioned to Alex who immediately said not a problem bring it in and it will be sorted not hesitation super impressive service.
I was happy with the service at Stafford Land Rover because they actually tried to sell me a vehicle rather than me trying to buy one from them, some JLR DEALERSHIPS are to arrogant. We were offered a test drive and an open and honest conversation of our budget. The deal was done and our dream Range Rover Vogue was ready 3 days later for collection!!! HAPPY DAYS .
