Vertu Ford Stoke were fantastic because the salesperson - John was absolutely amazing, so friendly and welcoming, immediately told me he would be taking care of me from this moment on. He was well mannered, asked about me and my interests and felt like he was really interested in knowing his customers. He explained everything perfectly and in detail and made the overall experience 5 stars in my opinion, I could not have asked to deal with a better salesperson. His knowledge of the car was incredible and he could answer every question I had.
I was happy with the service at Vertu Ford Stoke because.... Jack Bannister arranged to keep the car for me while I was on holiday. They do not usually do this. He didn't have to but he did and I'm very grateful for that. Jack made me aware of everything I needed to do prior to pick up, including navigating around a couple of problems my end.
