Nice folk very helpful and seem to have cheaper otr prices Nice showroom Been back twice in last couple of months the last been 22 / 4 / 25 no cars in showroom on both occasions could look around a couple of pre regs outside in the rain looking to buy a HS PHEV and no demo available shame as I live local to them so went to Luscombe in Leeds instead stocked showroom and demo waiting so have to reduce 5 🌟 star to one 🌟

Bought. An electric Car from drive in MG YORK in October in 9 weeks it had been back to them 6 times for problems one of the times for 3 weeks they treated me like a pariah Iv spent hundreds on public charging and petrol for the hire car because of all the issues with my car. I handed the car back just before Christmas I then had to chase again for a refund for all the expenses Iv forked out for to be told sorry we don’t do that here. Absolutely the worse experience Iv had I had just come out of intensive care as they knew this and still were so unhelpful no follow ups on the car when they had it for 3 weeks just a call to say they were doing tests drives then I found out they were taking it home overnight and dumping it in a lay-by on the a19 overnight when I specifically told them not to do this and that I can see everything on my mg app what they are doing with the car they disinstalled my app so I could not see what they were up to. Please for the sake of your sanity and stress levels avoid this dealership. I spoke to the manager who obviously didn’t have a clue what had been going on behind his back at the store and how they have treated me over the past 9 weeks the only one whom was compassionate and helpful was Celina on service she was great everyone else was so unhelpful in the service department deceptive lied about what they had said to me what I had told them to do etc , and when I asked for reimbursement of my expenses he said he couldn’t do that and would contact MG! Still waiting…… avoid please

On our visit we was warmly welcomed, even though was early, given a coffee each, Andrew fisher, was extremely helpful showed the car we was interested in, unfortunately they didn't have the one we wanted in the colour we wanted but Andrew drew on their companies stock and found a few in our colour and price range. In November/ December 2024 I was dealing with Andrew Fisher. I don’t generally like car shopping as I’ve had a few negative experiences with pushy sales people. Thankfully, Andrew was not like that at all. I’d been looking at the MG3+. He listened, gave me space to process information, called when arranged, answered all my questions (and there was a lot). I really wanted to buy a car from Andrew but unfortunately it wasn’t to be. He really is an asset to Drive York.

Had a very poor first impression of Drive MG York and originally gave a 1 star review but the manager Wesley reached out and we tried again. Had a very good experience with Andrew Fisher test driving an MG4 and he and the manager were very honest and up front in their dealings with us. Would now recommend.
