I recently bought a Honda CRV from NJ vehicle solutions and was completely blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by Nathan and his team. This is how car companies should be running. They are outstanding and they truly care about the quality of cars they are selling. We had the car nearly 3 months and we did run into two faults but the guys sorted it swiftly for us under the warranty cover with no quibbles! And didn’t make you feel uncomfortable about it at all! Genuinely really nice about it and reassured us there sort it somehow! The atmosphere was very welcoming and the overall experience was truly outstanding, making it my new go-to place for a new car in the future. Overall very friendly and approachable, im so pleased with the car. This car company is a rare find these days! Very trustworthy business indeed. Thank you Nathan and the team.
