I'd suggest Furrows of Oswestry SKODA to a friend because Jonny is fantastic at letting me know the best deals for my budget and situation. He is extremely thorough and always makes me feel at ease when I ask him to explain ‘car stuff’ in layman’s terms!!! This is the 3rd car that I have got through Jonny and I’m sure it won’t be the last - thank you Jonny!
My experience at Furrows of Oswestry SKODA was cracking because. Overall experience was very positive. I was looking for Skoda Karoq Sportline in a particular specification and Tom Charles did a great job in sourcing just what I wanted. I would definitely use Furrows again if or when I consider a change of vehicle.
I'd definitely recommend Furrows of Oswestry SKODA to friends and family because my experience with their representative Jonny Williams was first class from the time we first walked into the showroom to enquire to the time I collected my new vehicle a few weeks later. He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and the finance packages available. Always friendly and polite, he made me feel like I was his only customer (and this was in September, a very busy time). I can't think of one single thing that could have been done to improve my experience.
