At the time of this review, their feedback score on Autotrader was 4.9: this was a big reason for me choosing the car that I ended up buying. I can attest that they do deserve this rating. Previous to visiting this dealer, my brief experience in looking for a car had been pretty poor. At Hyundai Mansfield, you get treated as you'd want to be treated - both before AND AFTER the car sale. So far they've kept to their word with everything - this includes them ordering a part to be replaced a week or two after the handover. I've also just asked them to look at a slight creak noise that wasn't spotted during my test drive (and only occurs in some circumstance) - they have a "can do" attitude which is refreshing. (I bought a 2022 Hyundai Kona electric and love it!)
