Purchased a Bentley Flying Spur early December. Brakes have been squeaking ever since and took into Bentley Manchester who confirmed the brake disks were considerably worn and damaged, Bentley Bristol were not overly interested and simply told Manchester to clean them, unsurprisingly the squeak is still there and Bentley Bristol have now stopped responding to my emails. It’s a shame the effort they put in when you are looking to purchase isn’t quite the same when you have issues with a car you had for a couple of months. Also competently removed any confidence anyone should have in Bentley Certified vehicles.

First Class. My purchase of a pre-owned Continental went through without any problems. But the attention and care afforded me by James Rees throughout the purchase process was exceptional. Having dealt with other Bentley dealerships in the past, the manufacturer should send these dealerships to Bristol for a lesson!! I will not think twice about driving my car 140 miles to have it serviced with the Ryland team. Fantastic communication throughout the purchase process. James was attentive, informative but classy too. No pressure. Collection and handover was superb.

Absolutely shocking service - having complained about a squeal on my brakes from purchase of my Bentyga (2years ago) still nothing has been resolved. Despite me constantly complaining and being told they couldn’t replicate the noise when in the workshop (it’s been in numerous times) I resorted to recording the noise. Having sent this to them over a month ago and chasing 3/4 times I have not heard anything back. - high end car dealer, budget customer service. Save yourself problems, Go elsewhere!
