We initially met him at the Sheffield branch and visited Barnsley as that is his permanent site. We found the car that we wanted, Alan arranged the favourable part exchange. All in all it was a very laid back experience without any pressure applied. We will definitely recommend Barnsley CarSupermarket.
Before I come to CarSupermarket I try call 100 times to see if I can have appointments for a 6pm on the same day but staff always say we will call you back and no call back. Without appointments I turn to Carsupermarket to check one vehicle what I was interested. We don't have to much time to look but we reserve the car and we also requested to prepare the car for collection. (Inside the car was dirty) charger was missing. On the day on collection we turn on the car was ready so I not inspect the car again we just pay take some paperwork and go. When we back home we need refuel a car . When I opened the fuel cap was completely dirty there nobody clean this part of the car. Also i spotted small crack on the windscreen. After few days the car seats start smell the farms smell. Looks to me like previous ovner used car in the farm as grass and stroke is everywhere. We also spotted the windscreen washes also not working properly. Spoke with MR. Ryan about windscreen crack but they told me is nothing what his can do. Well is always something what you can do but you and your company don't want to do. I send email to him but is not answered yet I will wait.
