I bought my car December last year. I just wanted to share my experience with this company. After driving for 7 months with my new Kia Sportage I need to tell that I absolutely love it love this car! I booked my car in for an MOT and service by phone on Tuesday and was told to drop it off on Friday. I called again on Thursday to confirm the booking and provide a discount code. I was told everything was confirmed. When I arrived on Friday, I was told there was no record of my booking. Fortunately, they were able to fit the car in. Later, I was called and informed that additional work was needed. I agreed to the cost and was told it would be completed the same day. Later that afternoon, I received another call saying the car would need to stay over the weekend because no MOT tester was available to carry out the retest. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one would call me back. After an hour without a call, I phoned again and got through to the service manager, who was unaware of the situation. He then told me that no work had been started and nothing would be done until the following week. When I raised my concerns, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. At that point, I decided not to leave my car with them and took it to another garage, which will complete the work tomorrow, and at a lower price. Overall, the experience was disorganised and communication was poor. I wouldn’t use this garage again based on this experience.

Paid a refundable deposit of \xa3250 to reserve a bmw X5 m comp pending finance check. Due to just getting my company van my credit score was lower so finance was declined. I have been chasing this company up for weeks with no communication what so ever highly unprofessional

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP consigned my Mercedes-Benz C43 AMG to Brooklands Motors Centre under a written agreement, which clearly stated I would be paid within 7–14 working days of the sale. The car was sold and collected by the buyer on 4 July 2025, and Brooklands confirmed in writing that I would be paid by 21 July. As of today, I have received no payment. I have also been told the buyer has raised a complaint, but no refund has yet been issued. Despite this, Brooklands is withholding the full amount I’m owed and suggesting possible deductions for repairs all after confirming the car was inspected and sold. I had no involvement in the sale process beyond the consignment, and I was not informed of the sale until after the buyer had taken delivery. The delays and lack of payment are a clear breach of contract and have caused a great deal of stress and frustration. I would not recommend consigning a car with Brooklands and I would also be cautious as a buyer, as it appears their inspection process may not be thorough or reliable.
