I was very impressed with the level of service DK provided whilst buying my car. For reasons beyond my control I had to buy it remotely and they helped me with my questions and delivered the car with zero fuss. After driving the car a few hundred miles a fault developed which no one could have known about and they dealt with it quickly through a local mechanics as opposed to the warranty company which was greatly appreciated. We bought a Renalt Clio. Very disappoint when our mechanic told us the this car should not have passed MOT when we bought it. Excessive rust on the underside of the car. We had to spend considerable amount of money to get the car road worth again. Feel like we have be lied to and mislead.

Had a wasted 5 hour round trip today to go and see what looked in the ad to be a tidy Volvo C70. Only when I got there, found it to be scratched or marked on nearly every panel, the interior completely filthy and stinking of cigarettes, but worst of all, the oil cap had "mayonnaise" in it and smelled of burnt oil, so the car has likely head gasket issues. The man who was waiting at the gate and greeted me with, "You've come to see the Volvo?" so was expecting me, but could only answer my questions about how many keys the car had, and where the toolkit and jack were, with "I don't know." No jack? How did it pass the MOT earlier that day? When I saw the state of the oil cap, I walked away without driving it, but at least I didn't have to sit inside that filthy car! The sign at the lot says Guildford Cars, so another dealer that regularly changes their name to erase negative reviews it seems... At best, they're unaware of the faults in the cars they're selling, but as there's a workshop attached, I'm sure they know what wrong with this car, and either way, it certainly doesn't instill confidence in buying anything from them. Avoid!
